It seems the issues lies with one or more of these SECURITY updates. I am unable to uninstall SECURITY Updates for Microsoft Windows KB4566785, KB4560366, or KB4557968 all recently installed. I have also uninstalled an Adobe Flash Player update KB4561600 and the problem still exists. I have uninstalled Updates for Microsoft Windows KB4565503 and/or KB4565627, and the problem still exists. This worked properly before update to Version 2004. The Preview button will invoke the screen saver, but no matter how long I wait with inactivity of the keyboard, mouse, etc. nor how long the Wait time is set 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. It doesn't matter what screen saver is specified 3D Test, Blank, Bubbles, etc. I have tried several settings to the standard screen saver choices including the time before the screen saver starts, but none of the screen savers will ever start.
